Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is abbreviated as MAH CET. MAH CET is the postgraduate entrance examination which is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra State. Candidates who are willing to get their post graduation degree in MBA & MMS courses are supposed to give MAH CET entrance examination.

About MAH CET for MBA/ MMS Admissions
Maharashtra CET is for post graduate course. Candidates need to fill the application form and can apply for the entrance examination. This is university entrance examination where anyone can apply for the entrance examination and can get admission in MBA & MMS course.

Eligibility Criteria for MAH CET 2017
To get eligible in Maharashtra CET entrance examination and study in the State of Maharashtra candidate are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Candidates need to complete their Bachelor’s Degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only)
• Candidate should be an Indian
• Candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 25 years can apply for the entrance examination.

Application Process in MAH CET 2017
Candidates who are interested to give Maharashtra CET needs to fill the application form and pay the registration fees. Candidate need to follow the mentioned below steps:
• The online application starts from February 2017
• Candidates need to fill the application form by mentioning the personal details
• General category candidates need to pay Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 800/- for SC/ST category candidates as application fees
• Candidates can pay the application fees through online or offline.
• The last date to fill the application form will be by March 2017

Registration Fees of MAH CET 2017
The registration fees for Maharashtra CET where general category candidates need to pay Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 800/- for SC/ST category candidates as application fees. Candidate can pay this application fee through online or e-challan.

Age Limit for MAH CET 2017
Candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 25 years to apply for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test.

Exam Pattern for MAH CET 2017
Maharashtra CET will be conducted in April 2017. The syllabus and exam pattern are mentioned below:
• There are 200 multiple choice questions
• Questions will be related to English language and Comprehension, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Logical reasoning Legal Awareness and Aptitude.
• Exam duration will be of 150 minutes.

Admit Card for MAH CET 2017
The hall ticket of the candidate will be available on the official site of DTE Maharashtra. After the announcement of admit card the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their admit card. The admit card will be available a week prior to the examination date.
Note: Hall ticket will not be send by post, candidates are supposed to download the admit card from the official site only.

Results of MAH CET 2017
Every year the entrance examination is conducted where the results are declared by May 2017.

Counselling Process of MAH CET 2017
Shortlisted candidates are supposed to login in to the official site and check their counselling dates. Selected candidates have to carry their original mark-sheets and certificates at the time of counselling and if they fail to carry their original certificates and mark-sheets their admission will be cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. The counselling process information kindly visit official website.
