KEAM is the under graduate entrance examination which is conducted by the CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Examination) Kerala and Government  of Kerala. Candidates who are willing to get their graduation degree in MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS, B.Sc (Forestry), B.Sc (honors) agriculture, B.VSc (animal Husbandry), B.FSc and B.Tech (in all regular branches including agriculture, food engineering and dairy science and technology) courses are supposed to give KEAM entrance examination.

About CEE Kerala
CEE Kerala is for under graduate course. Candidates need to fill the application form and can apply for the entrance examination. This is university entrance examination where anyone can apply for the entrance examination and can get admission in MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS, B.Sc (Forestry), B.Sc (honors) agriculture, B.VSc (animal Husbandry), B.FSc and B.Tech (in all regular branches including agriculture, food engineering and dairy science and technology) course.

Eligibility Criteria for KEAM 2017
To get eligible in KEAM entrance examination and study in the State of Kerala candidates are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Candidates need to complete their 12th from the recognized board and secured 50% marks in core as math (for engineering and architecture) or biology/biotechnology (for medical and allied courses) and 50% in aggregate of physics, chemistry and core subject put together.
• For architecture, candidates must have secured 50% in 12th with math as a subject.
• The candidates must have secured 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/SEBC and 45% for locomotion disable candidate) in KEAM 2017 paper 1 & 2 taken together for MBBS/BDS course.
• Candidate’s age should be more than 17 years can apply for the entrance examination.

Application Process in KEAM 2017
Candidates who are interested to give CEE Kerala KEAM needs to fill the application form and pay the registration fees. Candidate need to follow the mentioned below steps:
• The online application starts from first week of January 2017
• Candidates need to fill the application form by mentioning the personal details
• General category candidates need to pay Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST category candidates as application fees
• Candidates can pay the application fees online.
• The last date to fill the application form will be by first week of Feb 2017

Registration Fees of KEAM 2017
The registration fees for CEE Kerala KEAM where general category candidates need to pay Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST category candidates as application fees. Candidate can pay this application fee through Demand Draft.

Age Limit for KEAM 2017
Candidate’s age should be more than 17 years to apply for KEAM Entrance Examination.

Exam Pattern for KEAM 2017
CEE Kerala KEAM will be conducted in 25th to 28th April 2017. The syllabus and exam pattern are mentioned below:
• There are 120 multiple choice questions
• Questions will be related to English language and Comprehension, Current Affairs, General Knowledge and Legal Awareness and Aptitude.
• Total marks is 480
• On every correct answer candidate will get 4 marks and on every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.
• Exam duration will be of 150 minutes.

Admit Card for KEAM 2017
The admit card of the candidate will be available on the official site of the CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Examination) Kerala. After the announcement of admit card the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their admit card. The hall ticket will be available on third week of March 2017.
Note: Hall ticket will not be send by post, candidates are supposed to download the admit card from the official site only.

Results of KEAM 2017
Every year the entrance examination is conducted where the results are declared by third week of May 2017.

Important Dates of KEAM 2017
The below mentioned are important dates for KEAM Entrance Exam 2017:
• The online application starts from first week of January 2017
• The last date to fill the application form will be by last week of January 2017
• Admit card will be provided on third week of March 2017
• Entrance examination will be conducted by 25th to 28th April 2017
• Results will be declared by third week of May 2017
• Counselling process will start by third week of June 2017

Counselling Process of KEAM 2017
Shortlisted candidates are supposed to login in to the official site and check their counselling dates. Selected candidates have to carry their original mark-sheets and certificates at the time of counselling and if they fail to carry their original certificates and mark-sheets their admission will be cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. The counselling process would start tentatively by third week of June 2017.
