About IRMA Admission
IRMA Admission is for post graduate course. Candidates need to fill the application form and can apply for the entrance examination. This is university entrance examination where anyone can apply for the entrance examination and can get admission in PRM (Programme in Rural Management – 2 Years fulltime) And FPRM (Fellow Programme in Rural Management – 7 Years fulltime) course.

Eligibility Criteria for IRMA Admission 2017
To get eligible in IRMA Admission entrance examination and study in The Institute of Rural Management Anand candidates are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
PRM (Programme in Rural Management – 2 Years fulltime):
• Candidates need to complete their graduation with any discipline with a minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3) from recognized University and having at least 50% aggregate marks (for Gen category) and 45% aggregate marks (for SC/ST/DAP category) at graduation level.
FPRM (Fellow Programme in Rural Management – 7 Years fulltime):
• Candidate must possess a PGDRM or PGDRDM from IRMA with one year post-diploma and relevant work experience; or
• Candidate Must have done Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution with 55% marks at PG and 50% marks at graduation level; or
• Candidate must have a five-year professional degree (medicine, veterinary science, architecture etc.) with 60% marks and at least one year work experience; or
• Candidate must have a four-year professional degree (engineering, agricultural sciences etc.) with 60% marks and at least three years’ work experience;
• Candidate having valid score of UGC JRF in relevant disciplines (management, economics, social work, sociology, psychology, commerce, etc.).
• Eligibility requirement for candidates belonging to reserved categories is 5% less then the above mentioned percentage criteria.
• Candidate’s age should be more than 20 years can apply for the entrance examination.

Application Process in IRMA Admission 2017
Candidates who are interested to give IRMA Admission needs to fill the application form and pay the registration fees. Candidate need to follow the mentioned below steps:
• The online application starts from October 2016
• Candidates need to fill the application form by mentioning the personal details
• Candidates can pay the application fees through online or offline.
• The last date to fill the application form will be by December 2016

Registration Fees of IRMA Admission 2017
For Indian Nationals:
• In online payment mode Candidates need to pay Rs. 1200/- for one programme (in case of Gen/OBC Category) and Rs. 600/- (in case of SC/ST/DAP). For the candidates willing to apply for two programmes will have to remit Rs. 1600/- (in case of Gen/OBC Category) and Rs. 800/- (in case of SC/ST/DAP).
• Candidates paying through offline mode via Demand Draft will be required to pay Rs 1275/- for one programme (in case of Gen/OBC Category) and Rs. 675/- (in case of SC/ST/DAP). Whereas candidates interested to apply for or two programmes will have to pay Rs. 1670/- (in case of Gen/OBC Category) and Rs. 870/- (in case of SC/ST/DAP).
For Overseas Candidates:
• All the overseas candidates will be required to remit the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2000/- for applying for IRMA 2017 online test.

Age Limit for IRMA Admission 2017
Candidate’s age should be more than 20 years to apply for IRMA Admission.

Exam Pattern for IRMA Admission 2017
IRMA Admission will be conducted in February 2017. The syllabus and exam pattern are mentioned below:
• There are multiple choice questions
• Questions will be related to English language and Comprehension, Current Affairs, General Knowledge and Legal Awareness and Aptitude.

Admit Card for IRMA Admission 2017
The hall ticket of the candidate will be available on the official site of The Institute of Rural Management Anand. After the announcement of admit card the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their admit card. The hall ticket will be available from January 2017.
Note: Admit card will not be send by post, candidates are supposed to download the admit card from the official site only.

Results of IRMA Admission 2017
Every year the entrance examination is conducted where the results are declared by March 2017.

• The last date to fill the application form will be by December 2016
• Admit card will be provided a week prior to the examination
• Entrance examination will be conducted by February 2017

• Counselling process will start by March 2017

Counselling Process of IRMA Admission 2017
Shortlisted candidates are supposed to login in to the official site and check their counselling dates. Selected candidates have to carry their original mark-sheets and certificates at the time of counselling and if they fail to carry their original certificates and mark-sheets their admission will be cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. The counselling process would start tentatively by March 2017.
